The girls track team competed at the HCC Indoor meet on Friday night, finishing 5th and producing one conference champion and a runner up. The champion came in the distance medley relay, where Emily Loiselle, Clara Cameron, Sydney Klinglesmith, and Liz Smith prevailed, with Liz passing for the lead late and stretching that lead to the finish. The runner up came from Lucy Hauser in her first meet coming off an injury, just getting edged out in the 60 hurdles. A pair of outstanding performances also came in the 60 dash where Princess Campbell and Tobi Fapetu finished 3rd and 4th. Campbell, Fapetu, Hauser, and Madison Clary teamed up in the 4x200 relay to finish 4th. Also performing well was Julia Syljebeck in the high jump.
