The Lady Rocks Basketball team traveled to Hamilton Heights to face the Huskies on Wednesday night. The game was back and forth throughout the first half with the Rocks leading 13-11 at halftime. The Rocks began to break the game open in the 3rd quarter before the Huskies fought back. The team battled throughout the fourth quarter and ended up defeating the Huskies 35-28. Ellie Kelleher led the Rocks with 18 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 assists. She was followed by Emmrey Collinsworth with 5 points. Aubrey Crockett, KiKi Loveless, and Lindsey Van Dyke each chipped in 4 points. The Rocks are back in action on Friday night when they host Brownsburg in a Girls/Boys doubleheader in the Play for a Cure Game and Senior Night. Wear pink to support cancer research and get to the game early to support the 3 Lady Rocks senior basketball players on senior night. Girls will tip at 6:00 with boys to follow.
