The Westfield Junior Varsity football team returned home to face a fast and talented Brownsburg squad. While the Rocks played hard and physically they fell to the Bulldogs 30-20. Too many mistakes and not enough takeaways doomed the Rocks. The defense fought all day and were led by linebackers Ethan Colling and Cam Echard. The offense, led by the QB Duo of Jackson Gilbert and Carsen Melvin, was able to move the ball but turnovers proved costly. The JV Rocks football team will be in action again next Saturday, October 1sth at Avon.
