Your JV girls volleyball team finished off an impressive 3-match wins in 3 days run on Thursday night with a victory over conference rival Noblesville. Their 2-0 sweep (25-18 & 25-20) improves their season record to 9-0 and 3-0 in the conference. The defense was solid and anchored by Liv Bates, who dug 14 balls while committing zero errors. The offense was led by Maria Schmidt with 16 assists, with a lot of those going to Eva Clevenger, who led the team with 9 kills (.500 hitting percentage). Brooklyn Wallace also had a strong outing on the outside with a .444 hitting percentage with no errors, and Avery Pekala finished with 4 kills on 5 attempts and no errors. The team will look to continue their winning ways against Carmel at their place on Monday.
