Westfield traveled to Zionsville for a midweek conference match-up. The Rocks went down 1-0 early in the game as Zionsville sent numbers forward and crashed the goal on an early cross. Westfield answered with a few chances but couldn't quite get anything on frame. In the second half, Westfield came out with more energy, putting some pressure on the Eagles. A great run, created by Talia Edwards, pushed numbers forward enough to give the Rocks the opportunity they needed. The ball bounced out to the top of the box, where Elle Fischer took a touch around an Eagle defender and buried a shot into the back of the net. A tough and physical game concluded in a 1-1 tie.
