The Rocks traveled to Don Dunker Field to open a Hoosier Crossroads Conference Series with the third ranked Noblesville Millers. Westfield jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the second inning on a two out, two RBI single by Brayden Hibler. The Rocks extended the lead in the 4th by adding a run. Jacob Culp pitched a gem on the mound, taking a no-hitter into the 6th inning. In the 6th, the Millers made a push with a two out, two run single to pull within one run. In the 7th, Andrew Nicholson entered on the mound and struck out the side to secure the save and Rocks victory. Westfield will host game two Friday at 6pm at Shamrock Field. Friday is Miracle League Night, come out to support your Rocks and help a great cause by eating at the tailgate ($10). All proceeds go to support the Miracle League!
