Wednesday's game against Harrison was a heartbreaker for Westfield, as they lost the lead late in an 18-12 defeat. Harrison trailed 12-11 in the top of the seventh inning. Despite the loss, the Shamrocks did collect six hits in the high-scoring affair. Westfield took an early lead in the first inning when an error scored one run for the Rocks. Delaney Balsbaugh led things off on the rubber for Westfield. The pitcher allowed five hits and ten runs over three innings. Kaylee Bowers threw four innings out of the bullpen. Sofia Easterhaus went 3-for-5 at the plate to lead the Shamrocks in hits.
