Your Lady Rocks traveled to McCutcheon on Saturday for a morning match up. The Mavs defensive plan held the Rocks to two goals in the first half. Both goals coming from Arri Cooke-Dennis, assists from Ary Ali and Avery Van Den Berg. With some slight adjustments at halftime, Westfield came out ready with an early second half goal coming from Talia Edwards, assist Hailey McDaniel. About eight minutes later a nice ball from Arri Cooke-Dennis led to a Graysen Wheeler goal. The Mavs took a player down on top of the box, and Coltie Carson capitalized on the direct kick. The final goal of the game came with just 32 seconds left when Graysen Wheeler returned the favor and played Arri Cooke-Dennis in to finish off her third goal of the game. A solid 6-0 victory for the Rocks.
