Westfield traveled to Brownsburg last night to open an HCC conference series. Jacob Culp started for the Rocks and was magnificent, going 6.2 innings while scattering 6 hits, striking out 10 and allowing only one walk. Westfield scored in the first and never relinquished the lead en route to a 7-0 victory. Offensively, Evan Russ was 2 for 4 with a double and an RBI. Collin Lindsey was 1 for 4 with a double and an RBI and Caden Lindsey was 1 for 2 with 2 RBI. Matt Drozlek and Nick Alm each had a hit and an RBI. The Rocks will host the Bulldogs tonight at Shamrock Field at 6pm.
