Westfield fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 5-1 loss to Franklin Central on Tuesday. Kaylee Bowers was in the pitcher's circle for the Shamrocks. The lefthander went four and two-thirds innings, allowing four runs on two hits. Delaney Balsbaugh threw one and one-third innings out of the bullpen. The Rocks smacked one home run on the day. Brooklyn Switalski put one out in the fourth inning. Switalski, Sofia Easterhaus, and Reese Mahannah each collected one hit to lead the Rocks.The Shamrocks are back in action on Thursday against Pendleton Heights.
