Varsity: Your varsity boys volleyball team won another hard-fought conference battle Thursday night over Zionsville 3-1 (25-19, 22-25, 25-20 & 25-20). Your Rocks were set up for success by Evan Huhn and Graham Weddige with 22 and 26 assists, respectively. Nick Gerow led the Rocks in hitting percentage at .571 and 10 kills, while Carlo Huisden totaled a match-leading 23 kills. Aggressive serving kept the Eagles on their heels with timely contributions from Michael Mannella and Grayson Baker. The varsity boys will head to the Fishers Midwest Battle this weekend and then compete in sectionals next week on Wednesday against Carmel in the Fishers sectional. Junior Varsity: Your JV boys volleyball team finished an impressive season campaign with a win over conference foe Zionsville on Thursday night 2-0 (25-8 & 25-16). The team finished with an overall record of 14-4, with a conference record of 6-1. We would like to thank the contributions of Will Hecksel, Steven Alvarez, AJ Walsh, Caleb Capps, Xavier Lyon, Felipe Rivera, Michael Terbish, Quincy Spangler, Ethan Shepherd, Eric Keller, Aidyn Kuzma, Barrett Jaynes, and Jack Feltz for making this a special season for the program.
