Boys Volleyball Travels to Noblesville

Varsity: The Rocks defeated cross town rival Noblesville in 3 sets on Monday, 25-11, 25-10, 25-20. Setter Graham Weddige fueled the high powered offense dishing out 28 assists and 2 blocks. Senior, Michael Manella ruled from the service line, racking up 20 straight points in the second set to fuel the Rocks in the win. The win improved the Varsity record to 15-5. Junior Varsity: The JV boys volleyball team extended their winning streak on Thursday night with a convincing conference win over Noblesville, 2-0 by scores of 26-24 and 25-9. After a sluggish start, the Rocks used defense to fire themselves up. They totaled 9 team blocks led by Eric Keller and Aidyn Kuzma with 3 a piece. That was backed up by a solid back row that dug up 46 balls against only 3 errors. In his first start running a 5-1 offense, freshman Michael Terbish ran the show effectively logging 21 assists against only one error. The Rocks are off now until SENIOR NIGHT next Tuesday the 6th.
