The Westfield Shamrocks were triumphant over Fishers 6-3 on Tuesday. The Shamrocks got on the board in the first inning after Kaylee Graff doubled, scoring one run. The Shamrocks added one run in the third after Hayden Rice doubled to center field. Four more runs for the Shamrocks crossed the plate in the fourth inning to extend the lead to 6-1. Sarah Blake Miller homered to center field, scoring two runs, and an error scored two runs. Adelyn Kurth pitched four innings in relief for the Shamrocks. Kurth gave up five hits and two runs while striking out eight and walking none. Olivia Sampia led things off in the circle. Sampia surrendered one hit and one run over three innings, striking out seven and walking two. Miller led the way for the Shamrocks with two runs batted in. The right fielder went 1-for-3 on the day. Kurth led Westfield with two hits in four at bats.
