Varsity: The Varsity Men's Volleyball Team defeated Brownsburg in 3 quick sets on Thursday to improve their record to 11-2 on the season. The Rocks offense was led by Carlo Huisden (11 kills), Max Hammond ( 6 kills) and Grayson Baker ( 4 kills). Setters, Graham Weddige and Evan Huhn had great nights running the potent offense and Libero, Kyle Kujawa anchored the defense with 13 digs and pinpoint passing. The 3rd ranked Rocks host 4th ranked Roncalli on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Come check out the action! JV: Thursday night your JV boys volleyball team beat Brownsburg 2-0 by scores of 25-10 and 25-16. This win extends the Rocks streak to 5 and also pushed their regular season conference record to 4-0. An aggressive serving attack by the Rocks kept the Brownsburg team out of system most of the night, led by Quincy Spangler who had 3 of the teams 8 aces. The front line attacks of Michael Terbish, Aidyn Kuzma and Xavier Lyon combined for 10 of the teams 17 kills. The JV boys will host both Roncalli and Franklin Community this Saturday at WHS.
