The JV Lady Rocks capped off their season with a victory over the Giants of Ben Davis. Sam Price and Madeline Linville got going early scoring 10 of the 15 points for the Rocks in the first to go up 11 after one. The Giants picked up the pressure in the second causing multiple turnover for the Rocks. Meg Hamilton score 5 of the Rocks 10 and the Giants cut the lead to 8 at the half. Price and Linville carried the Rocks in the third scoring 12 of the Rocks 14 point and the Rocks cruised to the 50-33 victory. Price had a career high 21 points, 15 rebounds, and 4 blocks. Linville had 10 points to go along with 3 steals, and MaKayla Hatcher chipped in 7 points and 8 rebounds. The Rocks finished their season 15-3 and look forward to supporting the Lady Rocks on Tuesday Jan. 31as they take on Zionsville in the opening round of sectional play. The Rocks play in the second game at 7:30 at Noblesville.
