The boys Varsity Rocks hosted the undefeated Fishers Tigers on Thursday night. Westfield jumped out to an early lead and separated by as much as 15 points at one time. Fishers stormed back in the 3rd quarter to cut the Westfield lead to 9. Unfortunately, the Tigers continued their surge in the 4th quarter and took a late lead, which they did not relinquish. The Rocks ultimately lost 64-67, but it was an intense basketball game between two really good teams. Huge shout out to the student body for showing up in a BIG way, and creating a classic Indiana basketball atmosphere for the game. Jalen Malone and Drew Haffner led the Rocks in scoring with 15 each. Brock Detamore scored 12 and Ryan Hunsucker scored 11.
