The ROCKS had a lot of great swims with many season best times. This was the last dual meet of the season and the ROCKS split with Avon with a victory for the women and a close loss for the men. Next up is the Reserves Championship at HSE. This will start our “championship season” with five weekends in a row of championship meets. We’re excited to see all the athletes rested and ready to go over the next month plus of racing.
