The Freshman Rocks stumbled again Wednesday night on the road at Brownsburg. The Rocks led 13-6 early in the second quarter but a big run by Brownsburg stretched their lead to 7 as the half was expiring. A big buzzer beater 3 by Codey Gearhart cut the deficit to 4 at the half. However, the comeback effort came up short as the Rocks gave up too many offensive rebounds to cut into the deficit any more. Bright spots on the night were Cooper Melvin with 12, Codey Gearhart with 7, and Andrew Noble with 6. The Freshman Rocks are looking forward to having a few days off to get healthy and recharge before their next game Tuesday against McCutcheon.
