The Rocks head into winter break without a blemish on their resume as they take care of business again Tuesday night against Harrison. The Rocks showed some nice flashes in the first half as Andrew Noble scored 9 and Jack Stuckey scored 4 to give the Rocks a 21-10 lead at the break. An immediate 4-0 personal scoring run by Max Vandegriff along with a corner 3 by Tucker Marvel, assisted by Cooper Melvin, put the game out of reach for the visiting Raiders. In the two additional quarters, the offense was abundant as Simon Falvey, Lucas Williams, and Peyton Hatcher each poured in two three pointers. These three pointers were complemented by Ashton Reid and Codey Gearhart's threes in the first half. All 14 student athletes got involved in the scoring this evening. Peyton Hatcher also had a transition layup in which his fingers were above the rim and two points were scored. There are differing opinions on the play's credibility as a "dunk", depending on who you ask. The Rocks head into winter break 7-0 with their next tilt coming January 10th against Yorktown. As always... It's a great day to be a Shamrock!
