The Freshmen Rocks took care of business Wednesday night at home against Lawrence Central, 47-26. Once again, the Rocks were led in scoring by Cayden Murray with 13 points. He was joined in the scoring column by Joey Iovino (7 points) and Kaleb Brown (6 points). While the scoring was fantastic, the boys really won this game on the defensive end as they held LC to 9 made field goals on the night. The teams played an additional two quarters, in which the Rocks were led by Peyton Hatcher (8 points) and Simon Falvey (6 points). The play on the court was fueled by the bench energy this evening courtesy of Cord Kremer, Gabe Murray, and Cooper Melvin. As always, it’s a great day to be a Shamrock!
