The Rocks pulled out a gritty win against Park Tudor Monday night 31-20. Trailing 13-15 at the half, the Rocks stormed out with an 8 point 3rd quarter led by Will Bach’s 6. The team did not make a single 3 pointer tonight, but definitely made up for it on the defensive end, holding Park Tudor to 5 total second half points. The defense was highlighted by multiple rebounds by Ja’Deon Smith and a handful of deflections and steals by Brody Sutton. A layup by Ryan Hunsucker in the closing minutes but the finishing touches on a dominant second half. In two additional quarters, the second unit played some menacing defense. A couple steals in transition by Logan Loring and Nathan Adcock led to a plethora of easy layups. The offense was once again led by Grant Wise pouring in 10 points in the two quarters.
