The JV Lady Rocks got rolling early Tuesday night against the Marauders of Mt. Vernon and never looked back. Meg Hamilton score 7 points quick in the first quarter and the Rocks took a 13-0 lead after one. The Rocks defense didn't let up in the 2nd allowing just 1 field goal. Mia Crask and Kate Roh each knocked down two threes to take a 31-2 lead into the half. The Rocks continued their unselfish play sharing the ball and 10 players ended up in the scoring column as they rolled to the 52-2 victory. Crask led all scorers with 9 points, she also had 5 steals and 5 assists on the night. Kate Roh was a spark off the bench scoring 8 points, pulling down 3 rebounds and dishing out 2 assists. Rounding out the scoring was Madeline Linville with 8 and Hamilton with 7. The Rocks are back in action Saturday when they travel to Warsaw. JV tips at 4:00 with Varsity to follow.
