Last night the Lady Rocks opened their season on the road at North Central High School. The Rocks played the Panthers strong throughout the first half and led the Panthers 27-26 at halftime. The game stayed close throughout the entire second half with the Rocks coming away with a 46-44 win over the Panthers. The Rocks were led in scoring by Elle Kelleher with 13 points. She was followed by Emmrey Collinsworth with 11 and Lindsey Van Dyke with 7. Congratulations to Coach Key on her first career win. The Rocks are back in action this Saturday at home vs the Pendleton Heights Arabians with the JV game starting at 12:00 and varsity to follow.
