The boys cross country team finished in second place at the Noblesville Sectional and advanced to next week’s Regional meet. The Shamrocks were led by a trio of All-Sectional performances – Sam Hinds, Jack Loiselle, and Drew Lovelace. Hinds officially joined the prestigious sub 16:00 club, finishing in 5th place with a huge new PR of 15:57. Hinds became just the 14th runner in team history to run under 16:00 for 5K. Loiselle was just behind his teammate, earning a new PR of 16:00.5 and finishing 6th overall. Lovelace was closely followed by William Cummings, both of whom earned new PRs of 16:31. Rounding out the competitors for the Shamrocks were Owen Flynn, Owen Mohler, and Caleb Haney. Next up is the IHSAA Regional Championships on Saturday, October 15. The meet is at White River Elementary School in Noblesville, and the boys compete at 11:15 am. Come out and support your Shamrocks!
