Seven Shamrocks competed in the annual Franklin Central Distance Showcase, one of the most premier events in the state of Indiana, on Friday night. Three freshmen competed in the freshmen mile, and a 4x800 relay competed as well. Bryce Pittman started off the meet with a new PR in the mile, running a new PR of 4:57.54. In the next heat, Carson Ackley ran a huge PR of 4:41.54 and finished fifth in the race. Luke Moulder joined the PR party in the same heat, running a new career best of 4:44.92 The 4x800 relay of Will Snedeker, Caleb Haney, Jack Loiselle, and Landon Jones finished third in their heat and fourth overall in extremely windy conditions. No PRs were run, but terrific efforts were put together by all four competitors.
