The Rocks hosted the Franklin Central Flashes last night to close out their opening HCC series. Preston Tamm started on the mound for the Rocks, pitching 3.1 innings while allowing just one hit, no earned runs and striking out four to earn the win. Jackson Blevins pitched 2.2 innings of relief allowing one hit, no runs and striking out three. Offensively, the Rocks hammered out 8 hits and 11 runs to win 11-1. Nick Fero led the way with a 3 for 4 night and an RBI. Alex Rudolph was 2 for 4 and an RBI. Ethan Colling was 1 for 2 with a double and 2 RBI. Brayden Hibler was 1 for 3 with a triple and two RBI and Ian Wilson added a hit and two RBI. Westfield is now 3-0 on the season and leads the HCC at 2-0.
