What another great weekend of racing! Kate Cassidy continued to be great in the 500 Free swimming her 1st and 3rd lifetime best, holding over 9 seconds under her previous time four swims in a row, finishing 15th at the State meet. The 200 Free Relay Team of Anna McKeown, Alex Irvin, Maggie Alley and Nora Sperry moved up from their 23rd seed to 13th overall at the end of the weekend.
