The varsity volleyball team defeated Zionsville Thursday night in four sets: 19-25, 25-19, 25-17, 25-21. Senior Emma Dodson led the offense with 16 kills, followed by sophomore Addie Hopper and junior Chloe Sutake with 10 kills each. Sophomore Stella Terpening had 4 blocks, while Sutake and fellow junior Dani Schade each added 3. Mallory Neale contributed 5 aces, and Mallory Weber led the defense with 34 digs. Setters Izzy Jackson and Lilly Stanton ended the match with 30 and 28 assists, respectively. The Rocks are off for the weekend before taking on New Castle on the road on Wednesday.
