The JV Rocks took on conference foe, Avon, at home on Friday night. Avon hit back to back to back three's to close out the first quarter, and earned a three point lead going into the second quarter. The Rocks responded in the second quarter, scoring 15, and only giving up 5. The third quarter was played even, and then the JV Rocks built on their lead in the fourth, winning by 9. Ryan Hunsucker led the Rocks with 12 points. Wyatt Freehauf scored 10, Logan Sumpter scored 8, and Luke Vandegriff added 6.
