The Westfield varsity volleyball team defeated the Arabians of Pendleton Heights on Monday in four sets: 25-16, 25-22, 15-25, 25-22. The offense was led by senior Emma Dodson with 11 kills, freshman Ella Jenkins with 9 kills, and junior Chloe Sutake with 7 kills. Senior co-captains Mallory Weber and Mallory Neale ran the defense with 17 and 14 digs, respectively. Junior setter Lilly Stanton ended the match with 31 assists. The Rocks are now 2-1 and will host the visiting Fighting Irish of Cathedral on Wednesday night.
