The Varsity volleyball team improved to 3-2 on Thursday night with a win against conference foe Franklin Central in straight sets: 25-16, 25-15, 25-21. The offense was led by junior Chloe Sutake with 11 kills, followed by sophomore Stella Terpening and freshman Ella Jenkins, each with 8 kills. Senior co-captain Mallory Weber led the defense with 17 digs while Sutake, Terpening, and junior Dani Schade each added 3 blocks. Sophomore setter Izzy Jackson and junior setter Lilly Stanton ran a balanced offense, ending the match with 23 and 20 assists, respectively. The Rocks are on the road this weekend at the Yorktown Invitational.
