The Varsity team had a slow start to the night offensively but utilized two stellar defensive quarters in the 2nd and 3rd to pull away from the hounds. The Rocks gave up only 7 points in the 2nd and 5 in the 3rd. Carmel surged back in the fourth but the Rocks were able to make a final defensive stand to seal the victory. Lindsey Van Dyke led the way for the Rocks with 15 while Ellie Kelleher added 8 and both MaKayla Hatcher and Sam Price added 7 a piece off the bench.
