The JV Rocks kicked off their season at Kokomo on Saturday night. Westfield jumped out to a small lead in the first half, but it wasn’t until the second half that they found a rhythm, outscoring the Wildcats 16-7, and 18-4 in the 3rd and 4th quarters respectively. Ultimately, the JV Rocks left the floor with a 30 point victory. Wyatt Freehauf led the team with 14 points, but the scoring was balanced with contributions from Brock Detamore (10), Jalen Malone (9), Ryan Hunsucker (8), Brody Sutton (7), and Ian Muntel (7).
