Boys' Cross Country Sectionals

On Saturday, October 17th, the boys cross country team won its first Sectional championship in history. The team was led by a quartet of All-Sectional performers: Nathan McKeever (4th), Luke Moulder (9th), Bryce Pittman (11th), and JP Mikels (14th). Rounding out the lineup were Carson Ackley (22nd), Brayden Cring (23rd), and Dexter Hoffman (42nd). It was a breakthrough day for the team, and the boys showed tremendous poise and toughness against great competition. Every place mattered, and several Shamrocks made up a lot of places in the middle and final portions of the race. They prepared, stayed focused, executed their plans at a high level, and set themselves up for future success with their efforts today. There have been a lot of great boys cross country teams in our school's history, and not one of them was able to pull off this feat before the 2026 team. They stand among the best teams in our program's history, and put their names into our record books for eternity. The Shamrocks are back in action at the IHSAA Regional Championships at CERAland Park in Columbus on Saturday, October 24th.
