The boys team competed in the unique Nike XC Town Twilight, which takes place under the lights at LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course in Terre Haute. The race included 44 teams from 10 different states, and 423 individuals finished, easily the largest meet of the season for the varsity team. The team was led by the duo of Nathan McKeever and Luke Moulder, who finished next to each other in 37th and 38th place respectively. Moulder's new PR time of 15:33 moves him into 5th all time in school history. The two were joined as scorers by Bryce Pittman, JP Mikels, and Dexter Hoffman. Max Lynaugh also had a very strong race. The five scorers ran the 5th fastest average time in team history, and ran the fastest average time on the State meet course in our program's history. The team is back in action at the Brownsburg JV Invitational on Saturday, October 10th.
