Thursday night your JV girls volleyball team added another win to their streak, now at 11, by beating Brownsburg 2-1 (25-22, 25-27 & 15-12). Although trailing at one point in the first set 9-19, the Rocks did not panic and rallied behind an impressive serving run by Esther Jackson, 3 aces to go along with her 9 kills. Laney Buchanan locked down on defense and serve receive while also serving up some timely aces and a back row attack to end a Brownsburg rally. Bristol Holman came up big in the decisive third set with multiple kills and a stuff block that denied Brownsburg on match point. The Rocks travel to Rossville on Saturday morning.
