Your JV girls volleyball team won their road contest at Mt. Vernon on Monday night 2-0 (25-13 & 25-19). The win runs their match winning streak to 10 and puts their overall record at 13-1. The Rocks had 11 aces led by Esther Jackson with 6 to go along with her 5 kills. Fellow outside hitter Jocelyn led the team with 8 kills and middle blocker Beckham Showalter led the team in blocks while also having a perfect attacking percentage on the night. Peyton Bode passed a 2.8 while logging 10 digs and 14 serve receptions with just one error. The Rocks will host Brownsburg this Thursday which is also Youth Night.
