Your JV girls volleyball team wrapped up an impressive 3-0 week with a road win over Cathedral (25-16 & 25-18). The win extends their match streak to 9 straight. The Rocks kept the Irish off balance with competitive serving all night including 10 aces led by Laney Buchanan with 3 and Tinley Arndt with 2. Setters Emma Burmeister and Ella Huff combined for 26 assists to allow hitters to shine especially Esther Jackson with 13 kills and Alex Fisher who notched a .400 game. The Rocks travel to Mt. Vernon on Monday looking to keep the streak alive.
