Your JV girls volleyball team did their part in a program sweep of Guerin Catholic on Tuesday night with a 25-23 & 25-20 two set victory. Jocelyn Padilla was incredibly efficient from the outside with 12 kills on 16 attempts with no errors. Fellow outside hitter Esther Jackson landed 15 kills of her own to help the cause. Setters Emma Burmeister and Ella Huff combined for 34 assists on the night while each adding 2 aces from the service line. The defense was led up front by Bristol Holman who gave us momentum with her blocks and the back row was anchored by Peyton Bode who excelled in serve receive and led us with 15 digs. Our next match will be against conference foe Noblesville on Thursday night at home.
