The Shamrocks competed in the HSE JV Finale on Wednesday in the final meet for many of our athletes. Westfield placed 5th among the field in a race with some of the top JV teams in the entire State. Freshmen Ella Bozarth came away with the individual victory winning in a time and NEW PR of 20:09! Izzy McCulloch was the Rock's 2nd finisher placing 5th in a really strong race also coming away with a 21 second PR running a time of 20:34. Remaining scorers for Westfield on the evening included Cecilia Schmidt, Lyla Osborn and Izzy Rudin. Westfield will next compete in the sectional on October 14th at Noblesville as the postseason officially gets underway. Good luck Shamrocks on the road to state!
