The Rocks were back in action Saturday as they played their second game of the season. Westfield started the game ready to as it only took 45 seconds to put the first goal away. A cross from Addie Colling to the head of Avery Van Den Berg who put it in the back of the net. The Rocks added five more goals in the half coming from Brynn Sargent, Avery Van Den Berg (x2), Lucy Malin and Gia Parrish. Assists from first half goals credited to Kylie Ipsen (x2). After a strong lead in the first half, the Rocks didn't slow down scoring just 15 seconds into the second half as Addie Colling finished a nice left footed shot far post. Two more goals followed as Brynn Sargent put away her second goal of the game, and Avery Van Den Berg finished her fourth goal of the game, assisted by Colbie Thornhill. Westfield ended the game early with a 9-0 victory. Clean sheets awarded to Leah Hunsucker and Elsa Fritzsche.
