Varsity: The Varsity Men's Volleyball Team finished their regular season with a BIG conference win over Zionsville in a 5-set battle, 25-20, 21-25, 21-25, 25-19, 15-13. Senior Graham France came up BIG in the 5th set with 4 blocks and 3 kills. France led the Rocks with 11 kills, 8 blocks, and 46 receptions! Juniors Aidyn Kuzma had 14 kills and 2 aces, Eric Keller had 9 kills, 2 blocks, and Xavier Lyons had an all-around monster night with 36 assists, 14 digs, 4 blocks, and 2 aces. Sophomore Simon Falvey made the most of his first start with 8 kills and 4 blocks! The Rocks move on to sectionals next week as they face Kokomo at HSE at 6:00 on Wednesday, 5/13! Junior Varsity: Your JV boys volleyball team capped off a successful season with a conference win over Zionsville at home by a score of 2-1 (15-25, 25-19 & 15-9). Their season record finished at 10-7 overall and 4-3 in the conference. The team showed real grit in the comeback win and pulled together as a unit for the victory. Matthew Mills was dominant in the front row, hitting .636 on the night with no errors, and Nate Vohs stepped up on defense and subbed in the front row with some timely kills to get the team back on track. The coaching staff would like to thank all the players for a great season and all of their contributions.
