Varsity: The Westfield Men's Volleyball Team lost a tough, hard-fought match against North Central on Tuesday. The Rocks battled hard, but in the end the Panthers won in 4 sets, 16-25, 25-22, 21-25, 18-25. The Rocks will face conference foe Zionsville on Thursday at home in their final regular-season game. Come out and support the Rocks! Junior Varsity: Your JV boys volleyball team began their final week of the season with a match at North Central on Tuesday night. After a long 3 set match the Rocks unfortunately came up just short at 10-15 in the 3rd set. The match featured a great bounce back performance by Will Hecksel as he hit .429 with 7 kills, 2 service aces and 2 blocks. Simon Falvey led the Rocks with 13 kills to go along with 12 digs, an ace and a block. Setter Zach Poe led the Rocks with 15 assists to go along with his 10 digs, an ace and a block. The JV boys will wrap up their season at home this Thursday against conference foe Zionsville.
