The Lady Rocks competed in the Carmel Invite on Saturday, facing top-ranked schools including Brebeuf, Carmel, Evansville Memorial, Guerin Catholic, Homestead, North Central, and West Lafayette. The Rocks ended the day tied for 5th place with Homestead. #1 doubles of Jenna Berry and Bella Rivera had the strongest finish of the day, finishing 3rd with a victory over North Central in the first round and Homestead in the last round. #2 doubles of Rayna Roy and Kendall Omer finished 5th place, dropping their first match to Brebeuf, then winning their second round against Homestead and their 3rd round against North Central. At #1 singles, the Rocks had 3 subs play in each round, including Emerson Dierkes, Rebecca Doye, and Reese Miller. #2 singles Sloane Seyferth dropped her first round to Evansville Memorial and her second round to Carmel before picking up a 3rd round win against West Lafayette. #3 singles Alexis Halliburton lost her first round to Carmel and her second round to Evansville Memorial before winning her 3rd round to West Lafayette.
