Westfield JV Green battled to a 2-2 tie against New Palestine on Monday night before the game was called due to darkness. Brinna Dale led the way in the circle with an outstanding performance, striking out 12 batters over 9 innings while allowing just two runs. Kennedy Stoecker added a timely RBI for the Shamrocks, while Alyvia Browne led the offense with multiple hits. The team showed great resilience, battling back to tie the game in the sixth inning. Defensively, Westfield was sharp all night, turning two double plays and playing error-free softball, with Maddie Davison leading the defense with 12 plays. JV Green is back in action on Tuesday as they host Fishers.
