The Lady Rocks turned in a dominant performance Thursday, earning a decisive sweep over Avon. Isla Harvey led the charge at #1 singles with a strong 6-1, 6-4 victory. At #2, Sloane Seyferth was dominant, cruising to a 6-0, 6-2 win. Alexis Halliburton capped the singles sweep at #3 with a solid 6-2, 6-3 performance. The momentum carried into doubles play, with Jenna Berry and Bella Rivera at #1 doubles, rallying for a three-set win, 5-7, 6-1, 6-2. At #2, Kendall Omer and Rayna Roy secured a 6-4, 6-2 victory. Emerson Dierkes and Jilly Omer took the win at #3 doubles 6-2, 6-4. Rounding out the sweep, Ava Bell and Rebecca Doye battled through three sets at #4 doubles to win 6-3, 4-6, 6-3. With the win, the Lady Rocks improve to 2-1 on the season and will travel to Hamilton Southeastern on Tuesday.
