JV: The season kicked off for your JV boys volleyball team Thursday night at Lawrence North with a resounding 2-0 win by scores of 25-8 and 25-6. The Rocks were led in kills by veteran Cam Walsh and newcomer Simon Falvey. Freshman Donovan Nguyen led the team defense in digs and also contributed a team high in aces with 5. The JV will head to Fishers on Saturday for their annual March Madness tourney. Varsity: The Men's Varsity Volleyball team traveled to Lawrence North on Thursday. The Rocks took care of business in 3 straight sets, 25-7, 25-7, 25-15. Sophomore setter Michael Terbish led the balanced attack with 34 assists. The Rock's had a plethora of scoring led by Aidyan Kuzma ( 9 kills), Eric Keller ( 7 kills), Xavier Lyon (7 kills), Simon Falvey ( 5 kills), Caleb Capps ( 4 kills), and Quincy Spangler ( 4 kills). The Rocks travel to Jeffersonville on Saturday to play in the Central vs South Classic.
