The Varsity Rocks took on the Avon Orioles on Friday night, winning 63-54. Westfield jumped out to a 20-9 first-quarter lead, and although Avon pulled within 7 points in the second half, the Rocks were always in control, and walked away with the victory. The Rocks were led in scoring by Drew Haffner (26), Luke Vandegriff (16), and Wyatt Freehauf (9).
