The JV Lady Rocks traveled on the road and came home with a victory over Bishop Chatard on Wednesday night. The Rocks jumped out to an early 14 to 9 lead after the first quarter and then used stifling defense that only allowed 2 points to build on their lead heading into halftime. Out of the half, the Rocks exploded for 19 points in the 3rd quarter alone to maintain their lead and finish it out in the fourth quarter. Jolie Mitchell led the way for the Rocks with 17 points. Lizzy Foster added 11, and Kylie Wyatt finished with 9 on the night. The JV Rocks will play Hamilton Heights in a shortened contest on Friday night at home.
