The freshman football team plays 5 quarters every weekend. In the first 4 quarters of action, the young Rocks lost to New Pal by a score of 26-0. In the final quarter, the Rocks were able to get the ball moving a bit, scoring on the first play from scrimmage on a long touchdown pass from Corey Carter to Cooper Greer. Greer was sprung free by an amazing block by Luke Schroeder. On the next possession, Corey Carter broke free on a long run for another score thanks to great blocking by the offensive line. They will be back in action next week at home against Lawrence Central.
